WINEGROWING SOIL: High presence of limestone throughout the entire soil horizon. Depending on the particular vineyard, more calcareous rocks on the surface. Shallow soils with high microbiological activity (soil that is very much “alive”, so indicating how exceptionally healthy it is). This ensures that the vines enjoy moderate, stable development with good water retention capacity and good aeration.

Very high-quality wines, a concentration of fresh fruit and flowers, excellent balance between maturity and acidity. Wine with a medium-full structure that lingers long in the mouth and demonstrates all its elegance right from the beginning. Authentic “terroir” wine.
